I will help you to get a new business off the ground or revitalize an existing business that is looking to innovate or grow. I can help you to define and manage a project, collect and analyze data for decision-making, and identify opportunities for growth and strategies for taking your business to the next level. Together, we will create a plan for how to best move your business or a particular project forward in a way that is proactive, based on data, and time-oriented. Common deliverables include, but are not limited to, strategic plan or business plan report, project work plan document, survey development, data collection plan document, and various supporting policies and documentation.
Strategic & Business Planning

Do you already have a small business and feel like you aren’t reaching your goals around target sales, customer base, or marketing reach? Or, are you enjoying success and looking to expand in some way and looking for help researching the best way forward?
We will work together to take stock of your company’s strengths and weaknesses and identify current opportunities for advancement and threats to success. Based on this information combined with relevant research, we will set goals, identify strategies and action steps, and prioritize areas to focus resources. From there we will make an implementation plan that includes ways to monitor progress and measure success.
Coaching
Do you need increased clarity and confidence to make a tough decision? Do you procrastinate having tough conversations with a colleague, client, or funder? Do you want better time management or balance in your life?
These are just a few of the things you can tackle through 1-2-1 coaching. Through coaching I will help you to identify solutions that fit your unique circumstances and support you to grow a leader in your personal and professional life.
Project Management
Do you see the big picture of your mission but need help managing the details and small steps that are necessary to get there? Do you have a very small team and need to maximize efficiency?
I will help you turn ideas into well-defined projects, including actionable work plans that identify deliverables, assigns tasks, and sets deadlines. I can also assist you in overseeing the implementation of the project plan, tracking progress, and anticipating and overcoming potential barriers for timely completion. When necessary I can help with hiring and managing freelancers to take routine tasks off your plate and keep cost low.
Process Mapping & Documentation
Do you have processes, policies, practices, or onboarding materials that aren’t written down or that need to be updated?
I will work with you to develop resources that are clear, concise, and effective, and present information in an organized and visual way. When possible, I will insert live links to relevant resources or documents referenced in the materials and utilize file-sharing systems, such as a shared network, Google docs, or Dropbox, to enhance accessibility and options for collaboration.
Measuring Progress & Success
Do you need help communicating your impact to investors or stakeholders? Do you know if you are on track to meet your strategic plan or fundraising goals for this year?
I can perform an evaluation of a project or program or I can also work with you to build your internal evaluation capacity. Together, we will create data collection plans that identify what to measure, how to measure it, and when to measure it, so your staff can continue to measure and evaluate your efficacy over time.
